Hey everyone!
I've come across a few posts from people who have said that they enjoy using the indoor rowing machine (erg) at the their local gym. I thought it would be helpful to create some videos that go over the basics of setting up and using an erg. I rowed in college, so I've spent many hours on the machine. But, I am by no means an expert, so feedback and tips on my form is welcome!! Hope that you find these videos helpful!!
