Fasting 5/2 Mon & Thurs

Hi everyone. I'm new here, but will be checking in every week on my fast days. I'm sticking to 500 cals on Mondays and Thursdays, and 1500 cals on the other 5 days.

My weigh in day is now Friday morning, after my last fast of the week. Hope others will want to check in weekly. I find this to be the most stress free and easy lifestyle for me.

    I started today. My plan 500/600 on FD and 1700 on the others.

    Hey there, I started last week and am following the same plan as you, but not too rigidly. I'm finding I go over the 1500cals on NFD by 100-200cals.
