I am the mother of 4 great kids and happily married to my best friend for 29 years!! I have been going through a very difficult time in my life as I have end stage osteoarthritis and need double hip replacement. Most of the challenges we post here I can't do but I do what I can to workout so I can reach my weight loss goal for surgery in the fall. I have been very successful at doing just that thanks to this challenge and the great group of friends who have joined us for the last few months. I am looking forward to another amazing month with all of you:)

Serena here. I have been married for 20 years to my wonderful hubby. We have two kids that are almost 18 and 14 yrs old. I work full-time, volunteer as a Cub Scout Leader, and am going to college at night to finish my Bachelors degree. Finding time to workout is very difficult. But I am going to try to use my lunch break to at least do as many challenges in July that I can. I suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees and ankles due to injuries I sustained while on Active Duty in the US Army. But hope to keep losing weight to help my condition and lessen the daily pain. I have seen a difference already with the 10lbs I have lost so far. Good Luck to everyone!!

Hi all, I am 46, married with 3 kids. Been on MFP for a while since April 2015 i have lost 14.2kg and need to lose 10more.
I run and walk 5km every other day (hoping to make it into only running in July) when i can i.e no pain in legs etc (haven't for 2weeks) and do video exercises and dance at home (time permitting). Looking to be more active in july - consistent i would say.
I do IF 16:8, combined with the occasional 5:2 and LCHF way of eating.
Looking forward to making July a more active month.

Hi all... I'm Rus, 49 married with 2 adult kids (well, 3 now as my son just got married last month  ). I live in the KC area (Go Royals!).

I have dropped 60 lbs in the past 18 months and have about 12-15 more to reach my goal. This will be my 4th month with the Apprentice challenge and I've really enjoyed the challenges and getting to know new people on the same journey.

A couple months ago I started the C25K and have recently moved on to the B210K program and hoping to participate in a 5K run with my son this summer.

Feel free to send me a friend request... I like to give and receive encouragement.

Hello everyone. I am working for the government in IT. I am worried about my diabetes risk and need the challenge offered by this group as a way to keep my blood sugar in check. My son and I are hiking the Appalachian trail in sections on weekends and holidays. usylcd73aajp.jpeg
We are about 18% complete with only about 1800 miles to go. :# Best wishes and happy fitness! :)
