I am new to MFP community and I am looking to add friends and grow my support system. I also would like ideas on how to stay on track with eating healthy and getting fit!

I'm new to MFP also. I'm not really sure if my 5 lb morning dumbbell workout qualifies as "strength training" but for me it's something. I'm open to all suggestions.1

Best way to stay on track is planning, planning, planning. Each weekend, sit down and journal your exercise and meal plans for the week. Try to do meal prepping so you don't have to think about what to eat. You've already planned and made it.
Look into a strength training program. Many here do Stronglifts or Strong Curves. I personally like Body for Life as an all around eating and workout plan.3
