I'm down 7 lbs! I stay below my daily calorie intake everyday. I try to walk or run everyday even if it's just a mile I go at night around 9pm and I'm trying to drink more water. I'm determined to stay on track it's not easy but it's worth it . Morning consist of a protien smoothie with fruit and oatmeal blended in..., normal low calorie lunch like a salad with a piece of salmon chopped up and dinner is maybe chicken breast/ or fish with a vegetable maybe 1/2 cup white rice , And maybe a protein bar or fruit in between.3 -

I walked everyday this week. Three days in a row I walked a little over 10,000 steps! I didn't lose this week, but it's okay. I don't know why I haven't1 -

Did pretty good this week had a hard time keeping on track this weekend ( 4th of July ) had a couple shots of lemonchello lol and don't drink at all but My brother was a bad influence and that lead to roasting marshmallows! Well at least I'm back on track was walking / running 1 mile every night I am now doing 2 miles every night1 -

Was over my calorie goal too often and let the holiday take me! Lol
However I'm still eating better than when I started this so I'm still happy with where I am. Also, my clothes are starting to fit better even though I've only lost 5lbs
