Low carb and not yet "done?" Here's a facebook post from Dr Naiman on how to lose the last 10 lbs.

How do you know if you're in the home stretch? Here's a guide to ideal body fat percentages:

(According to that chart, I'm "ideal!" According to the mirror, not so much. :()

I guess I have about 8-10% body fat to lose still. I have definitely cut back on my added fat use, but still seem to be making the very slowest progress. Of course, I am way too inactive... So I really know the answer to my slowing of fat loss. :/

Hell, I still haven't even gotten an accurate check of my bodyfat. Calculators are hilariously varied and likely off. (One puts me at 11.8%, one at 13%, and one at 17%), I've been too lazy and trifling to buy calipers (not that they would be much more accurate), and I'm not interested enough to pay for a DEXA.

That has been my stratagy for two years

I will still weight loss if I pack down a bunch of cheese, aside of a zillion calories lots of sodium

Moderate fat, protein, with fiber rich veggie carbs is the silver bullet for fat loss for me

Plus you have everything you need to slowly add muscle over time without adding fat
