Hello, I am looking at the Beck books, trying to decide which fits me best. I have the workbook since I like private pen and paper work, but am seriously considering Diet for Life. It feels right from what I have seen so far. Very nervous about getting a buddy though....
I am curious what others think of the various Beck books: how they are similar or different, which you find works better and why, etc. I need to make my own decision but I am curious about other opinions and how you have found the right fit.

I use beck diet solution. It's fantastic for a person who is somewhat introspective.0

I just purchased the beck diet solution book, audio cd's, and workbook. So far loving the audio cd's.0
