Hello. I am so happy I found this group. I am on day 4 of the program (5 products a day) consuming around 850 calories. I am really struggling not to put "real food" in my mouth. Any tips and tricks to get over the hump would be really helpful. Also maybe some ideas of what to expect from any optifast veterans would be great!

I'm on week 3, the first week was tough but now I feel like I've adjusted. I'm also on 5 products a day. I change up the shakes to keep it from getting boring by adding flavors or diet soda (grape, orange, cream soda, ginger ale and root beer are all wonderful!) I also add a beef bullion cube to the tomato soup to give it more flavor and add a bit extra water along with Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Herb. Feel free to add me, I'd love to have a MFP friend on this journey!
