This is for all members who are on WEEK 3 to discuss the exercise and/or eating, post results, and what day they are on!
Feel free to post at anything at ANY time :)

I'll be starting W3 on 7/24

    It's my last day on Week 3 tomorrow!! I'm then having a rest day on Sunday and I'm moving on to Week 4, aka "the mother of all four workouts" as Jillian calls it! I'm both scared and excited! :)

    I'm on day 3 of week 3. It's tough on the knees I find. I substitute some of the moves for my own ones. The squat jumps I do regular jumping jacks for e.g

    Just started level 3, and am finding it much harder than level 2! I think I'll do it for 2 weeks.

    Just finished my last day of Level 3, which I did for 2 weeks. It was a killer! Day off tomorrow and Level 4 on Sunday! I'm definitely stronger and have more definition.
