It's my last day on Week 3 tomorrow!! I'm then having a rest day on Sunday and I'm moving on to Week 4, aka "the mother of all four workouts" as Jillian calls it! I'm both scared and excited!0

I'm on day 3 of week 3. It's tough on the knees I find. I substitute some of the moves for my own ones. The squat jumps I do regular jumping jacks for e.g0

Just finished my last day of Level 3, which I did for 2 weeks. It was a killer! Day off tomorrow and Level 4 on Sunday! I'm definitely stronger and have more definition.0
