I started Week 4 this weekend, and liked it much better than 3. Unfortunately, I did something to my back (not due to video) so think I better take a couple days off.0

I like level 4, too! I did my 4th day of it today, but I'll be away this weekend so I'll do this level again next week. Thinking about doing her Yoga DVD next.0

Back at it today after a weekend away. I always feel so much stronger after a couple days off. I did exercise both days though, especially since it was a weekend full of parties!0
