How do you compensate when running?

After a good 7 mile run, what do you eat to recover if not carbs? Looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Real food with healthy fat. In theory if your keto adapted you will be using keto for energy not glucose. You shouldn't need to carb load. If you are new to LC then you might have problem for awhile but eventually you will be able to bounce back quicker by not carb loading.2
