In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

Thanks Hearts for stating a new thread. Great goals. I know they are familiar but really important. I hope you get back in the pool soon. Try to get to bed by 10:30 and please be kind to yourself .

My goals this week are still in process. I cannot workout yet because of my cataract surgery. Still need to get into a routine.

I hope everyone can join in for support. Have a great week.

Hello Hearts and Forest!! Thanks for keep this group alive. Life has been something but I am doing OK, just trying to get back on track. I love the idea of a monthly thread too.

My goals are going to be very simple, if ok with you both. I am just going to make mines a monthly goal. I am going for the 80/20 rule and once I stop losing with that I will increase goal to 85 and 90 percent. Even if I dont get it the 1st month, I am going to keep at it until the I get it right! :)

My 2nd goal is to reach 7500 step goal on my fitbit 3 times a week and increase as I get good at this goal.

You all rock, hope your summer is going well.

@Hearts, How are your knees holding up after surgery?

    Have a great week!

Well didn't make my goals this week but I am ok with that. As I have said I am starting out slowly and am not going to get upset with myself if I don't make my goals. I'm proud of myself for just trying and will try a little harder the next week.
    1) Exercise 1 of 2 days
    2) Food tracking 2 of 4 days

july is getting off to a slow start for me with my health goals as I was feeling crummy from what was apparently gallbladder issues, but whatever it was it has finally gone away- yay! So I'm ready this week to set some new goals and follow though:
    1. Go to Yoga Tuesday
    2. Practice portion control

    Have a great week everyone!

And that is all any of us can do friend! A positive attitude is worth millions and I never beat myself up anymore. I just keep on trying until I get it right. That is what babies do, so we learn, live and move forward! Great job!!

Hello Ladies- a new week is a clean slate. Lets try our best and make smart choices.

Hearts- I hope you are doing well. You are one of the nicest and sweetest people I have met online. You deserve good things.

Lostit- Hope you are off to a good start. Keep you goals simple and once you conquer those, make a few more simple goals.

Molly- You are making progress and that is all we can ask for. Keep it going. I may try the 7500 steps 3 times in a week and copy those goals. if I can get back to that it will be good. Keep working on your green days. good for you to have a loss. I know you will get better with that. Planning is an important key.

Seehe- great to see you here again. sorry you were having difficulty and glad that seems to be past you. Have a great week.

    Hi Molly,
keep going. I know you can get more days in the green. You are awesome. Have a great day!

I started to plan and log food yesterday but ended up snacking before dinner etc and not measuring or logging. I have logged again today so far and hope to complete the day. not sure when I will begin my workouts. I need to just keep moving forward.

All the rest of the mini goalers, have a great Wednesday and keep on trying!
