    Weekly Goals for July 17th - 24th


    1. Water - 6/24oz bottles - today's goal.smiley-drinking-water.gif
    2. Sleep - in bed by 11:30pm
    3. Workouts - one this week if I'm feeling well enough.
    4. Food - Make healthy conscious choices for my body and mind.
    5. Kindness toward myself - <3 Always. Patience as my body rebuilds and heals itself.

      Starting my new week out today... I've been feeling really ill for awhile now so I've been logging in and setting my goals here but not enough energy to stop and chat.

      So sorry about that Ladies, I hope this week I'll feel much better and be able to do far more. Like participating more on the group. So glad more are posting on this group. I do so love our little group! <3

    Hello Mini Goalers!! It is a new week and we can make some good goals to work on. No need to be perfect just make as many smart decisions as you can.

    Hearts- so sorry that you have not been feeling well. Hang in there and feel better. there are no rules here so no apologies for not chatting though we do like to hear from you when you can. feel our love and healing thoughts across the internet. good goals this week.

    1. workout 3 times
    2. 7500 steps 3 times

    My Goals week of July 18 to July 24

    1) Food... Track food at least 4 days...In Green for 2
    2) Exercise....Aqua fit 2 days this week and a 20 minute walk 2 days

    Hello,

    Last week was a good week and I thought I would have lost more weight but I will take what I can get. At least I did not gain, but I think this week I am going to go back to weighing daily or ever other day at least. I will definitely see what the scale says tomorrow since I know I had a lot of sodium over the weekend with less water. We will see. But I am just trying for more consistency not perfection.

    I see you all have good goals too! Have a great week! Sorry I am busy right now so not a lot of time. I am keeping stars of my calendars for my monthly goal so I am able to keep up with my number below -- and smiley faces for the step goal.

    No aqua fit today (needed to go to Clinic) as I have has some side chest pain for a week very sore and tender. Found out that I have pulled the muscles in my sides. Will still try to get a walk in later and hopefully get to Aqua fit on Thursday. Might even try some yoga later to help stretch out the sore muscles. 6.gif

    Hi Ladies...Thanks for the encouragement. I am taking it easy and hope to get to Aquafit tomorrow. Maybe some easy yoga moves to stretch out the sore muscles.

    Hi Molly- Stay cool. but keep doing what you are doing. Love that two weeks in a row you got your step goal. I see you increased your days under also. Way to just do it.

    It was hot and steamy yesterday in Pittsburgh. Today much the same. it was 80 degrees at 1:30 am. I love hot weather but...

    Thanks Hearts, well I don't hate hot weather, but I definitely hate humidity and that is what we have been having. Today it is still hot but at least not as humid because of storms last night.

    I am doing great on step goal, but not so hot on calories, but I will get there :smiley:

    Hello!

    This is the 1st time since having my fitbit I have reached my step goal of 7500 5 days in a row! I started back doing my Leslie Sansone DVD's. If I can get 3 to 4 days next week, I am going to go to 8000. I will probably stick with 8K for a couple of months. This is huge for me because my knees are getting worse daily but they actually feel better now that I am moving more.

    Not doing well with my goals lately. my goal is to get back on track on a consistent basis. I know I can do it but I am not sure just how yet.

    we are fierce ladies and we can conquer this.

      Still getting over Bronchitis but wanted to post a simple goal to track my water. I'm sure I'll meet other goals on my mind but wanted to at least post one and achieve it.

      Thanks Gang for keeping everything going... looks like everyone's been busy posting and roasting! Been quite humid here too!
      I prefer the 70's-80's and nights in the 60's. I love being able to have my windows open at night. Looking forward to a cool down but not sure when that'll be.

      Haven't been able to use the pool because of the Bronchitis... as it doesn't mix well with water. I have been doing some at home. Squats and such..

      Hope everyone is well and feeling good about themselves <3 You guys are the Best!

    I fell off wagon this weekend. Had a great weekend but bad eating weekend and could not get back on track Monday and Tuesday. Back on it today!

      Tues & Weds water goals were met and ate some veggies today.
      Thursday will be my water goal again
      Thanks all for the Well wishes :)

      My Cousin is visiting from TX this upcoming weekend s0819.gifand I'm excited/anxious to see and spend time with her. I got to thinking how long it'd been since I'd seen her in person... drum roll ... 41 years! I nearly fell over and thought I must have misfigured but I think it was back when I was 14 or 15 and my Mom and a couple of my Sisters took the Greyhound :D to OK to visit them.

      Of course we've talking many times over the years but in person it's been awhile..apparently decades. So it's a Sisters/Cousin weekend so I'm sure it'll be fun.

      Met my water goal Thu, Fri and I'm quite sure I'll meet it again today. Next week I'll add a 2nd goal. I decided to start out the week with one goal since I'm recovering so I can meet that one.

    Hi Ladies...Sorry I haven't checked in this week. I have decide to try out a gym this week and have had a great time. I am starting out easy but really enjoying it. I got a personal trainer for the first visit and he set up a program for me for a month. Once I am done with this program he will set up a new program for me. I have found a friend who always wants to start going to the gym so it has given me more motivation to go as I don't want to let her down. As for my weight I haven't lost anything in a month but have really started to watch what I eat and hope going to the gym 3 days a week will help.

    I am looking forward to August as that is going to be a NEW beginning for me. My goal is to lose 40lbs this year(would be ecstatic if I could lose 50) , would really like to lose it in 6 months but won't push myself too hard as I don't want to get disappointed if I don't lose it in 6 months.
