I am new to MFP and also an emotional eater would be great to have friends please feel free to add me my diary is open & I try to add me everything even when I am having an emotional moment. I log on daily to help support others alike

i have been using this app since January on and off. i have days or sometimes weeks where i have some emotional eating episodes. i have now come to the community part of the site seeking support. advice accountability any help i can get!!!

Feel free to add me if you like, but I don't log daily.
Recently, I did a four-day trial, after which I signed up for a subscription for a mindful eating program called Eat Right Now. It is kind of expensive and I'm only on Day Seven, so I don't have any conclusions. It does have exercises to teach you to monitor your feelings and physical sensations. There's a forum and a weekly conference call with the doctor who designed it.
