After taking several months off from logging what I eat, I'm back at it. I was working through my own mental stuff with not asking help and some esteem issues associated with that. Things are going better now though, and so I think it's time to now focus more on my physical needs. I gained some weight (not massive, but enough that the time has come to reel it in). I'm not actually focusing on weight loss, but more so just slowly changing habits. I'm not logging to track a certain calorie count, but to keep track of how much of what I'm putting in my mouth and use that to figure out my problem areas. Ice cream is a big one. I'm replacing ice cream with my recovery smoothies to start with. I figure I can have ice cream once a week as a treat after getting all my training in but not every day like I have been.
Marla - It looks like you have a busy week! I hope you continue to feel well and are able to enjoy it all!
I'm heading to church to get a couple things done and then going to my parents house to hang out this evening. We have sparklers for the kids to play with. We watched fireworks last night and the kids enjoyed it.
