I'm probably the oldest of the group being that I'm 59 years young. Last year over a 5 month period I lost 25 lbs. I walked a ton, worked out on my total gym and cut out everything white, I didn't really count calories every day but just kept to my exercise and ate clean most days. I had kidney cancer four years ago and that was a big wake up call. I'm good now but want the third act of my life to be a healthy happy one. I have tons of energy for someone my age and I want to keep it that way. The last picture I posted is me at my 40th high school reunion. I was voted least changed aka best preserved. That was very flattering but I want to be slimmer and keep all my stats in check. Many of my fellow classmates had gained weight and don't seem interested in changing other than my means of liposuction or some type of plastic surgery. I'm looking for people that can help me stay positive and on track.
