April - So glad the boot is working! Good job on the good food choices when all those sweets are available!
Marla - I have the same problem when I go to San Diego. I live in Phoenix and so I always figure the triple digits have me prepped for the heat. San Diego is only in the seventies and I always think I'll be fine and I'm not. Something about the ocean.
I'm headed off to northern AZ today to check out a possible Kid's Camp for our church to attend next year. It's less expensive and seems like it's well run. So I'm off to check it out with my girls. (Youngest is staying home with daddy as his attention span would cause problems) I slept poorly last night. Not sure why, just didn't sleep well. I was going to run tonight my long run but I think I'll switch it with my short bike I was going to do tomorrow. I'll be exhausted and that would probably set me up for failure. I'm already super tired but not much I can do about that today,
