New to the group!

Hi all, need easy tips for healthy meals I'm a busy mom to 3.! I do 30 min. Light workouts 5x a wk. Should I do more to get fit faster or will that turn into bulk? Any feedback appreciated!!

    More workouts does not always mean you will get fitter faster. It can totally back fire and actually hinder your progress.
    To bulk you need to be eating in excess of your daily calorie requirements, i.e. your intention is to gain weight. You can't bulk from exercise alone, it needs a lot of food! So I don;t think you should worry about that. :)
    What are your goals, what are you trying to achieve? Fat loss? Get stronger?

    As for the meal planning, I feel you! I'm a working mum of 4. I do a meals list plan a week in advance so everyone knows what is on the menu, makes grocery shopping faster and easier. I always build meals around protein first.

    For your workouts, try to up your weights to keep those muscles growing! Em2wl's site has workouts, if you want to switch it up!

    Welcome! You for sure don't want to rush things as this is a lifestyle change. If you can complete the reps too easily for a set amount, then it is too light. Increase the weight then!
