    omg me too. I have great hair, but rarely wear it down. I hate it getting in my way, so it's always tied up - in fact, I have some new growth coming in that's bugging the crapola out of me, so I've got Hello Kitty clips in and IDGAF how it looks, LMAO! I can't have a short hair cut because I prefer my hair to frame my very round shape. I'm sure pulling it up tight every day all day will make me go bald soon enough :P

    LOL I get that too. I have a few autoimmune issues that cause hair loss once in a while. The regrowth drives me batty with 1" tufts of hair sticking up on the top of my head. Those are hat months. :D At leas it's growing back. LOL

    I'm married to a hair stylist... he says hats slow hair growth, and brushing your hair increases hair growth by stimulating the roots... Pulling it into a pony tail or clip can help stimulate growth as long as it's not also causing breakage...
