High Fat. Gut bacteria. Autism.

So this is an interesting article but I had to cringe at the use of "high fat diet" but then mentioned it was equivelant to "eating mc Donald's 3 meals a day".
Ok Science... Can we please differentiate high fat diet from highly processed non sense food diet? Geez

Love reading about all the stuff gut bacteria sort of regulate so it's a good read despite the annoying parts.

    The more I read about what lives in the gut and how key it is to good or bad state of health the more I realize that should have been my health focus 50 years ago but that was before the internet was invented and sights like MFP were possible.

    It is in the the two brands of Probiotics that I alternate. I had to google it as well today. I am not going the breast milk route however to get it.
