Hello All! A new challenge starts today and goes from July 8th to Friday, September 3rd, 8 weeks. Please list your starting weight today or in the next couple of days as well as your goals for this next challenge!

My goal is to put weight loss back in "project" mode since things have slid for some time.
Weigh loss goal: Get to a point where I can move my ticker. Lose the weight I have gained back. That goal is 162.
I am going to log every day that I have access to a computer.
I am going to stay within my calorie goal for 6 out of 7 days a week.
I am going to put specific exercise back in my life, 3 times a week
I am going to drink more water, every day.
July 1st is the weight record I have, so:
July 1: 173.5
July 15: 170.5 (-3)0 -
I am going to log my weight and goals here.
I have logged something every day but not everything, so more to do in this goal.
Stayed within calorie range but without logging everything I don't have a handle on percentage.
Golfing twice a week and walking. I have identified an exercise program.
Water.
