Breakfast: eggs (hard-boiled the night before, or fried today); apple; tea or coffee.
Breakfast: low-fat cheese and fresh fruit.
Lunch: large salad with a sliced chicken breast, steak, or cheese on top.
Lunch: Vegetable soup and glass of nonfat milk, chicken leg, or slice of cheese..
Dinner: large salad with shrimp or salmon on top.
Dinner: dark green veggie, chicken breast, and handful of grapes.
Snack: low-sugar Kind bar (e.g., dark chocolate with sea salt or cashews with ginger).
Snack: Trader Joe's light string cheese and sliced raw veggies such as sweet peppers.

for bfast I have been having a slice of lean ham between a slice of cheese broken in half. I often have to eat this in the car on the way to work. I use it for snacks during the day too. String cheese is a good low fat/low carb option too

for breakfast, keep some sausage crumbles mixed with scrambled eggs in the refrigerator that you can just heat up. I put mine in a low carb tortilla with some cheese sprinkled on top. Instead of looking for fast meals, think about doing your meals in advance so all you have to do is heat them up.

When I am in a big hurry for breakfast, I grab a lean body on the go shake. They are really good and the chocolate has zero net carbs. the vanilla has 1 net carb.

Planning ahead and cooking once to make a few meals is what I do!! So when I boil or bake my chicken breast or chicken leg quarters I will do 3 or 4 and make it plain then season it different each time you use it in a meal!

Hamburger patties I will cook 6 at a time and then that's 3 meals worth of meat ready to use!!

I prep radishes and cucumber and sweet bell peppers ( red orange or yellow) ahead and always have a quick side with a salad or dip!

Buy pre sliced mushrooms and you can have them ready for a salad or saute' to go along with your meat!

Boil a few eggs at a time and then if ya really need a hit of protein fast a boiled egg or 2 will do the trick!! I love deviled eggs and egg salad and pickled eggs are fab!! ( when ya empty the pickle jar save the juice and add boiled eggs)!! Then the waiting is torture!! takes about a week to have good flavor to them!! I always buy the spicy garlic flavored dill pickles!!

Can tuna in water is a must or the new foil package kind but my budget makes me stick with canned!! I will make up 3 cans of tuna salad at a time!!

String cheese and 70% less fat turkey Hormel pepperoni is almost as good as having pizza!!!
