Log for my last 10-15lbs. Low carb diet

Hello,

I'll be maintaining this log for tracking purposes.

Goal - Lose 10-15lb in 8 weeks until 3 September 2016, then vacation in October. 86kg to 79kg
Current weight- 190.6, according to home machine 17.9% BF (for trend setting)
Method 4 days of high fat, 1 day of carb superimposition and 2 days of maintenance cals
Workout High reps, moderate reps, low reps


I had tried ketogenic diet for almost a month and dropped 9 lbs in 3 weeks. This time I have more time. I'm also glad to report when I went to "my normal" eating. I didn't gain any weight. I was on maintenance calories 2400 and dropped 2lbs more somehow but that was from 17 June to 8 July. Took a while lol. However the fear of gaining it back while eating carbs and 2400 calories had me worried which was totally unfounded for me.
