Hi to all members
I hope that you have all had a good week and have survived the heat wave. Brace yourselves because the hot weather is back for the weekend. At the moment we have got a nice sized group of members who are supporting each other very well. I would like to thank you all for your wordskn of encouragement.
Half way through a hot sticky night on Tuesday, I thought of an idea which may be useful to some members. During this recession, we all like to find a bargain, so if you are out food shopping and you come accross a healthy food bargain ie Mullerlites being reduced etc, please let the members know. If you could just mention what the item is, where you bought it and how much it cost.
This might look like homework, but it will support others and we might benefit as individuals.
If anyone has got any other ideas, please post them in the group, all ideas welcome.
