Cyst burst?

Cyst sisters, I need your help/ advice please! I have PCOS with "multiple cysts on both ovaries" and have in the past had ovarian cyst burst causing pain and surgery. Today I was working at a kids summer camp and this little girl jumped at me and head butt me super hard in the lower belly/ right ovary area. She just got excited and didn't mean to cause me any hurt. But... Ohh man did it hurt!!!!!! Instantly it was like a flash of intense pain. I literally saw spots and almost PUKED on her, that's how bad the pain was. I tried to recover quickly and move on like adults do in the company of kids. That was 4 hrs ago. The pain in that area has only slightly decreased now to a sharp throb ache in that one (less than a quarter sized) area with a webbing of pain going out from it down my leg, across my back, tummy and butt. The same type of pain I had last time resulting in surgery. My question for you, my cyst sisters, is this, Is it possible to rupture a cyst from an outside injury? If I did have a cyst burst, will it just go away or will I have to have surgery again? Due to a series of unfortunate events, I currently don't have insurance. I also am visiting my mom 3000+ miles away from my regular Gyno. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?!?!?!???? HELP, please!
