Fast Track Kick Start

Anybody doing it? It seems like if I bought everything-I would be waisting a lot of food because you don't need but a little of everything. (Does that make sense lol).

Thoughts?

I am just incorporating some of the foods...and trying to stay in the calorie range....with good healthy choices....I know probably won't get the same results, but that is what is right for me.

I haven't gotten my package yet so not sure what's involved, but I think this tie I am going to try and follow as closely as written as possible. I am going to shoot for 1400 calories though. I don't understand why that's not an option...

It has a formula to figure out how many calories you should consume.......Very helpful.

I just decided to do the 300/150/300/150/300 model they suggest. I am mixing up the recipes though. 1200 is a good number for me...I'm trying to lose my last 10 lbs which hasn't been easy. I am trying low carb...and staying away from processed foods.

The recipes both on the beachbody.com meal generator andT25 are at least pretty basic to make, so I am trying a few.

I'm in a group on facebook too and many of the people say that they are getting great results from the 5 day kickstart though.

^^this is what I am going to do as well, since I am on my last ten pounds, but I am also adding a bedtime protein shake because I workout after dinner. So maybe more like 1400, or maybe I will "borrow" some calories from earlier in the day. I'll need to see how I feel. But I need that post-workout shake.
I find the carbs make a big difference at this point. I am going to try and stick to the menu plan, but I may have to get creative because I don't lose when I have a lot of grains. I would do the kickstart if I had been eating junk and needed to snap myself back into health mode, for sure. I need to have a look at it when it comes...
