Tips to fight cravings

Hello,

I am on my first full day of no smoking! I am having awful cravings today and find it hard to think about anything else. Does anyone have any tips on how to fight them? I quit for 5 years ago and I don't remember the cravings being this bad.

    Hi! Well done for stopping again. I hope it's going well.
    I found I just needed to occupy my mind with other things. Such as hold a pen, chew gum, remind myself that people stink. Don't think about it, you are a non-smoker now :D
