Is it safe to eat buckwheat and other grains on the low carb diet? Should I stay away from it?

    Depends on how lc you choose to be. 150 gm a day can allow for some grains. Of course, the lower carb you choose to be, the less likely that grains will fit into your day!

    I'm very LCHF (less than 20 gm a day), so this type of food doesn't fit into my day!

    Buckwheat is super-high glucose-index/GI. Most grains are relatively high GI.

    Sure grains are safe to eat. It's not LCHF - just exactly opposite.
