Feeling really discouraged. Got a new jobs couple of months ago and the long hours have really impacted my workouts and food tracking. Stepped on the scale for the first time in three weeks and gained two pounds. I know it doesn't seem like much and that weight loss isn't linear but it really bummed me out. Going to regroup this weekend and get back on track with tracking, water intake and exercise.

Thinking dairy may be slowing things down too. At least I've heard from others that it slowed their progress when going low carb. I eat 8 ounces Greek yogurt (full fat) with 2 ounces of blueberries at least 3 times a week. I even made my own Ghee recently because I read the removes the milk solids.

Feel better now that I've vented a little!

New jobs always affect so much of your life, not just the hours you spend at the office (or wherever you work). Hopefully you will find a new routine for yourself soon that will allow you to meet your health goals! Stick with it, because you are worth it!
