Collagen and BCAA

Hello, anyone using BCAA or collagen as supplements. I find hitting 30% protein is difficult to sustain daily. Are these of any benefit in terms of appetite reduction and muscle maintenance/gain?

    I haven't taken any of those supplements yo give you my opinion, but I would like to now more about them. I've heard great things about BCAA's and will definitely give it a try once I stop nursing. On the other hand, I keep my protein intake at 30% or above consistently and find that it helps me immensely with hunger. I also have been seeing constant improvement with lean mass increase/maintenance and fat loss.

    Hi @jdkbs I use BCAA's most days. It does give a little boost to the protein but I find it most useful for suppressing DOMS especially during a new phase.
    Creatine can be good for using in a strength or hypertrophy phase to gain that extra boost of strength, which I loved it for. Some people are really sensitive to it and find it bloats them and leads to a,lot of water retention.
