You can continue on last weeks mini challenge, using the same exercises and next week we will bump that challenge up but please start this one. I hope you will continue this one weekly. Water is so important in weight loss and health. Let's make sure we get the water we need. Tell us how you plan on getting all your water in daily.
I start with 16ozs as soon as I get up, before morning coffee. I schedule out my water throughout the day and make it a little challenge for myself.

This is a good challenge for me - I struggle to drink enough. I'm going to fill my bottle 4 times per day to ensure I drink enough water.1

even setting alarms on your phone is helpful..0

I do drink enough water during the day most days but this challenge is a good reminder!1

My first water of the morning contains lemon. Helps flush toxins from the body. Drinking water is not a problem for me.0

Yes, when I look at my class picture from grades 1 & 2 - we all had the same haircut... ha ha ... must have had the same hairdresser.!!!0
