Good Morning - Newbie to the group here

Good Morning everyone. I'm fairly new to MFP and I eat clean (sort of) almost by accident. Where I live in Switzerland we don't really have a lot of processed foods and so I can't relate to a lot of the foods people on the main forum talk about - tuna pouches, string cheese and a whole other bunch of stuff.
I buy 90% of my fruit and veg from our local farmer and so eat what is seasonal - apart from a stash of berries I keep in the freezer for my morning smoothies. I do occasionally eat stuff like pre-made curry paste, soy sauce and ketchup etc which is know is processed.
I don't work so do have the luxury of time to be able to prepare food. I love to cook and I always cook too much and freeze the extra in dinner sized potions.
I came here to get some tips and ideas to use more pulses... apart from Rice, lentils and Quinoa I don't really cook pulses. So any tips and recipe advice would be greatly appreciated.
I think my diary is open, so also any criticism or input is welcome.
