On Tues I ended up eating some carby junk (probably 60gm total for the day but 40 of that was junky) and weight bounced back up to 135.8. It's been at 135 ever since; grr. That was so not worth it. (We're about to leave on a 2-wk trip and I want all my clothes to fit!)

I might start logging again for a week or two because I think I've also eaten too much the past few days.

    Keto Day 27
I had a very uncomfortable and challenging week. Been reading 'everything Keto' I can find and made the mistake of chugging down a tablespoon of Pink Salt in 8oz H2O Tuesday morning and ended up in the bathroom for the rest of the day, right into the next day. UGH! The worst stomach cramps. Didnt get much sleep this week.
Lesson Learned at the School of Hard Knocks:
Sometimes it's better to dip your toe in rather than jumping into the deep end. Of course, I had a 'woosh' of a weight loss and fully expect to be up a few lbs when I weigh again next week.

Despite the discomfort, still Diggin' the Keto WOE

Day 11 of keto reboot went well. Recovered from slip and the keto is back on.
Tonight is dance night, looking forward to that. Hoping to get this ship sailing steady for awhile.
Home front is good, activity level is moderate most days: I am getting things done with decluttering, and moving a bit. Better than sitting all day. But there is definately room for improvement in that area, no doubt.
I feel a little in limbo this summer, letting go of stuff- possessions and emotional stuff as well. The old ways are going, but the new way isn't yet clear. Doesn't feel bad, just a little weird sometimes. So, I'm trying to just go with the flow for now.
I can see that I may actually get this decluttering thing done for once and for all, and also all the weight I lost is mostly gone for over a year now... and I feel great about that.

Had a slightly difficult day with food yesterday - I knew it was going to be and I managed to choose the best options for me, which I was so happy with - we was at the beach and the only food shop was a fish and chip takeaway, I managed to ignore the chips which I was really pleased with as these would usually be calling my name - but most of the rest of the options did have batter on them, so wasn't able to do ZC yesterday.

I still feel I really accomplished a lot though but I could have done better by planning my day and getting myself a picnic with the right food - I just ran out of energy and time to put this into place

    Keto Day 3
I am starting day 3 of Keto. Was very successful with Keto after I had my kids, but over the past 9 years I've gained 100 lbs. Holy cow! I had no idea. Retired from the military, moved across the country and got lazy with food and exercise. Had a real, honest to goodness hot flash yesterday while I was grocery shopping. Ordered some supplements today - changed things up a bit from last time because as yesterday showed me I'm a bit older now.

    Boo, me.
Reboot the reboot. Day 14. Hope the damage is mimimal, but prolly not. Following this horrid pattern straight back to keto, but I'm sick of doing it this way.
Really want to get back into the swing of things and get so that I can feel confident about this woe.
Might be time to head back to the gym and get real about body recomposition. New inspiration is so needed.
New moon, new week, new chances abound.

I finished out the month within all my goals. I am still bouncing between my low weight and a pound or two above. I'm within 5 lbs. of where I'd like to maintain so I'm not real focused on losing so I'm ok with this. My main goal was the 4 days a week of workouts and I've done great.

Hopefully a new August challenge starts up! :)

I'll make it happen tomorrow. Been busy as heck all stinking day and I can't do a lot from the phone.
