Arnold Schwarzenegger's Body Blueprint

I've been running like hell this year. I've done 7 halfs so far, but I've severely neglected my cross-training. My upper body and core have gone to hell. Now that it's gotten too hot to run outdoors here in Florida, and I hate the treadmill (it strips all the joy out of running for me), and I don't have another half scheduled until mid-September, I have an "excuse" to devote myself to strength training for the next few weeks.
I'm starting this very challenging program tomorrow:

I'm not going to buy all of those supplements; that's just a way for BodyBuilding.com to make money. We've got a bunch of protein powder mix from Costco, and I'll use that if I need extra protein.
I haven't been tracking here on MFP for a couple of months. I'm going to start tracking again tomorrow. One thing I really like about this site is that I can track my protein, for this workout program, and my sodium, for my blood pressure. I'm going to take the advice from this article:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/6-ways-to-reduce-body-fat-while-increasing-muscle
and really concentrate on consuming quality protein, healthy fats, and a moderate amount of calories.
I think that, in the long-term, this will make me a better runner.
Has anyone else attempted this program?

Sorry - I'm more focused on managing weight down than muscle up at this point.0

I suppose my core has gone to heck and back. I can still bike close to 100 miles and get around. Hmmmm never gonna look like Arnold. Oh well.......0

The downside of looking like Arnold is that you might accidentally end up married to someone who looks like Maria Shriver.1

My core and arm strength are pathetic. Down side to being cycling centric. Pity because these muscles help with cycling. Looking forward to retirement in x years so I can go to the gym!0
