I spoke with 'Frank' earlier in the week. He said it was nice being missed :) but that he will not be joining us at this time due to priorities and lack of time. He sends his best and said that he thinks of us all often. He knows how to find us, so hopefully he'll stop in for a visit at some point.

Thanks for the update Lin. I did a pushback at dinner out tonight in Frank's honor.

Pushback, that's what an old professor of mine said was the most effective exercise he ever did to help him lose weight.

Good to hear from Frank. Tell him that he better not need to write a traditional "I'm back" post when he does return. :)

Yeah, I harassed him as well and got the same response. I'm glad he's fine, but he's a valuable member of the community. Who else is gonna talk about yoga if Frank's not here?

I spoke with him also. Hopefully, he'll realize how much we appreciate him.

I picked up so many inspirational thoughts from Frank when I joined GOAD. One of the most important statements he made to me was: "raging against the injustice of this (having to be mindful of what we eat) is like raging against the injustice of getting old. It simply is. You have to learn to deal with it on your terms"
