My bread ran together into a huge sheet....I guess I'll have to keep trying....I don't have a hand mixer or an I immersion blender. I whisked and whisked....any tips?

I think you really need an old-fashioned hand mixer for this.

I don't mind the eggy flavor but the hubby hates it. The one bread recipe that never fails me is the soul bread recipe from Kristie on YouTube. It is AMAZING. Better than regular bread!

Just made it this morning and asnn3huy5dc5.jpeg
tastes heavenly just as a snack or with a smear of butter.

    12oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 bacon fat
    1/4 butter
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Soften everything in microwave and mix

    4 eggs

    Mix.

    In a separate bowl:
1 1/4 cup low carb protein isolate (I used isopure)
    1/2 cup oat fiber
    1 package yeast (for flavor)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 baking soda
    1/4 tsp cream of tartar
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthan gum (I used glucomannan powder)

Mix dry ingredients and use a sieve or colander to sift on top of wet ingredients.
Stir in lightly and do not over mix!
    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 mineibvvg17tfbc.jpeg
utes and voila! You have the most perfect white bread ever made.

    Picky hubby approved!

@Tara4boys "Oat fiber is ONLY the insoluble fiber (lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose)- it’s made from grinding the non-digestible oat hull."
It's used in low carb baked goods like breads, pastries, etc. It's pure fiber so it essentially has zero carbs. You can use it in place of almond flour or coconut flour.
