Adjusting macros... What are your macros at?

I'm thinking of trying different macros. I've been keto for about 2 months and overall have enjoyed it. I'm now contimplating raising my carbs a bit. My main reason is our vegetable garden has everything coming in now and want to be able to enjoy it and I've been missing fruit. Now I'm considering either 15% carbs (up to 65 g of carbs if I eat all my cals) or 20% carbs( up to 86g of carbs if I eat all my cals). I'm wondering what macros do others have?

    15%C / 25%P / 60%F for me which boils down to 64g carbs, 107g protein and 114g fat at 1710 cal/day. I go over fat sometimes and under protein but rarely over carbs. I like this ratio quite a lot - and more importantly my brain does too.

    I recently changed mine because I've lost over 30 lbs now. I'm now at 20g carbs, 129g fat 100g protein. Or 5% - 71% - 24%. My calories are at 1641. When I started I was at 2000 calories but as I've lost I've realized I've eaten less. I have too many days where MFP yells at me that I'm not eating enough so over the last few months I've dropped cals to 1641. I'm eating fewer and fewer carbs it seems like too - when I do eat them it's salad with dinner or sugar free junk. I can't seem to get past that yet - I don't crave it but it such a habit.

    I recommend net for keto. You can often eat up to 50g total carbs a day and still be under your 25net if you choose the right veggies.

    I bumped up my carbs recently and am staying closer to 100g total carbs, 140 total being a hard upper limit.

    Mostly I do 10% carbs, 65% F, 25% P.
    And I do count net carbs.

    I did 80g carbs this past week however doing an adjustment for the upcoming week and dropping it no more than 50g ...I'm adjusting because I've been plateauing and I gained 3lbs from vacation.
    I say adjust until you find what works for you

    I do 10% carbs, 70% fat and 20% protein. It keeps me full.

    I'm happy right now at 35-40 g carbs and 80-90 g each of protein and fat with my carbs coming primarily from lots of veggies.

    This is what mine are set at right now as of Wednesday of this past week. This is the 4th time I've changed my macros in just under 2 years so @TishaGettinFit definitely experiment with your macros to find out what works best for YOU!! :)

    Thanks for all your input everyone I think I may aim for 10-15% carbs, 20% protein and fill the rest in with fat. I know one thing for sure I'll never be going back to low fat eating again.

    My macros are set at 1985 calories, 75% fat, 10% carbs, 15% protein. It comes out to 50 g carbs, but I aim for 30 net grams of carbs, which usually comes out to 50 g carbs...
