Good morning, everyone,
Well, the end of MY first week with this group. I managed to lose 1 pound. I've been struggling so much lately to get back on track - I'll gladly take a 1-pound loss.
Off to the beach today. Have a great week, all.

Remaining- 12.6 lbs
Kind of a depressing loss. I've worked really hard, and haven't Ate that horrible. But I think it's because I Started Insanity as well, so water retention.. etc.
Hoping this week will be better. Can't wait to hit ONE-DERLAND!1 -
