Motivation, Accountability and Support July 25 thru July 31

This week I will be building on my exercise routines. I have been doing Leslie Sansone Interval Training. I do admit that my ankles are hurting but I think that's just the way it is. They have always hurt so let them hurt. I won't use them as an excuse to not exercise. So, by saying that..this week I will do the following:

1. Exercise more
2. Drink more water...I am struggling with this right now.
3. Continue to eat better.

I will not give in or give up. I am in it to win it!

    My one goal is to log each day. I've gotten out of the habit, and I've picked up a few pounds. Logging has been a pillar of my success, and I have to keep reminding myself that it's worth the energy and emotional stamina!

    My goals this week.

    1. Walk to/from work 3 days. (One down, two to go.)
    2. Bring my water intake up again consistently.
    3. Make it to the 280's. (Even if only 289.9)
    4. LOG LOG LOG.

    1. Log everything.
    2. Lose at least 1 pound.

    Well I didn't log everyday. But I did better than the week before! I'll take any progress!
