There a lot of recipes online and some of them end up as delicious as the pictures on the blog post. Others, not so much. Which recipes have you tried that were a hit and others a big miss?

I tried sweet potato cookies from Paleomg and they were good. Very soft cookies with a sweetness that wasn't overpowering. A recent miss was this avocado chocolate cookie recipe I tried from another website. Instead of delicious, fudgy cookies, I end up with little piles of chocolate mess with the texture of half cooked meringue.

    Paleo meringues with maple syrup and egg white. They oozed maple syrup and were extremely sticky.

    I wonder if coconut sugar would work for meringues.
