Thought I'd introduce myself peeps. My name's Mel. I'm 47 and from the North East of England. I'm married and along with my hubby, share our 1-bed flat with my 14 year old cat, Max, affectionately known as the E.F.O. (exquisite furry one).
I've battled with my weight for as long as I can remember and must have tried every diet under the sun.
My statistics currently are...
Height - 5ft 5
Starting Weight - 14st 12
Current Weight - 14st 5
Goal Weight - 10st 10
Need lots of motivation / support and am sure along with MFP, I'll get there
