I think it is hard to keep temptation at bay. Pinterest and Television seem to smack me in the face when I feel like emotional eating. What triggers your emotional eating... What did you do to help the pain...and keep on track?

    Chocolate is my weakness so if I don't have it then I won't over eat it for a treat. Instead when I have a sweet craving I will have some pineapple, grapes, sweet & salty granola bars, or pretzels. The salt in the pretzels and granola bars really helps with the sweet lick for me. If you manage your protein throughout the day it deflects from any hunger attacks.
