Carbs are not your friend

Carbs are the friend that keeps knocking at the door, even after you said you don't want company. Eating bread, pasta, cereal or other carbs are so good but an hour later you find you have the munchies. If you must invite that carb in, send an invite to your true friend protein and water. Make sure you get 2-1 ratio of protein to carb and drink lots of water. Don't let those carbs talk you into more carbs.
