IT WONT HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY, YOU WILL HAVE TO RISE UP AND SAY, "I DONT CARE HOW HARD THIS IS, I DONT CARE HOW DISAPPOINTED ON HOW LONG IT TAKES, IM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GET THE BEST OF ME. IM MOVING ON WITH MY LIFE."
2. FORGIVE YOURSELF, LOVE YOURSELF, FORGET THE PAST, ENVISION THE FUTURE: YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE.
3. CONSCIOUSLY STRIVE TO HOLD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE THROUGH THINKING AND TALKING ABOUT WHAT YOU DO WANT RATHER THAN WHAT YOU DONT. REMEMBER THAT ALL POSITIVE SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE CREATE SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO.
4. REHEARSE POSITIVE SCENARIOS. SEE YOURSELF DOING THE THINGS THAT BRING YOU JOY. USE YOUR VISUALIZATION MUSCLES TO PICTURE SUCCESS.
5. NEVER QUIT....A BAD DAY OR WEEK IS FIXABLE, QUITTING ISNT.
6. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THIS CAN BE DONE BY ANYONE, BUT YOU HAVE TO WANT IT, AND WANT IT BAD .
7. YOU DONT HAVE TO DREAM IT ALL, JUST FOCUS TO LIVE ANOTHER DAY BETTER.
8. TO GET SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING YOU NEVER DID.
9. YOU CAN EITHER MAKE EXCUSES OR GET RESULTS, BUT YOU CANT DO BOTH. GET BUSY LIVING OR GET BUSY DYING .
10. I MAY NOT BE THERE YET, BUT IM ONE STEP CLOSER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY.
