Kicking my butt and no change :(

Here's my background. I initially lost 40lbs (180-140), by all cardio, low calorie. I am small framed and have a goal of 130. At 5'7" I maintained 140 for 2 years, but I wasn't toned and was "skinny fat". I got married almost 1 year ago and gained that "newlywed 10". After Christmas, I decided to up my calories to about 15-1600, but I still did cardio. February I started Insanity, and ate around 1700 calories. The program called for 2000, but I was too afraid to eat that amount. Sadly, when I finished, I had 0 loss in inches, and 0 loss on the scale. Physically, I could do more than I did in the beginning so there was a little bit of improvement. When that didn't work, I finally got over my weights fear, and started a lifting program. Beginning of May I started lifting weights, and did no cardio for the first month. I gained another 8 lbs. The past month and a half I've been lifting and mixing HIIT's with Plyo cardio, and eating (trying to) 1750. I workout at least 4 days a week. Still no loss in inches, and no change on the scale. I do see definition and tightening in my arms, and my strength is definitely a lot better. My legs are also a little tighter as well. But now , my shorts are snug in the waist and legs. I have my macros set at 35C/45P/25F. I don't add lifting burns, but I do add cardio burns. I hardly get to eat calorie burns because sometimes I find myself full before I can reach 1750. Plus I workout after work which is usually around 5, and I don't want to eat too much before bed.
I'm not sure where to go from here, up calories, drop calories. I've had no change for almost 3 years (physically) and am anxious to see/feel hard work paying off. I'm just constantly feeling like I'm doing something wrong. Going from 180, to 140, back to 158.. I feel like I'm messing up somewhere. Any suggestions/feedback would be amazing!!!

Then, you can choose to either fill out the below, or just reply in this thread indicating that you're looking for general feedback rather than a complete workup. I would recommend you fill the below out since you've been stuck for a very long time, but that method requires a greater commitment on your part and ours. Being up front about this so there's no confusion.
Could you complete the questions here from this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/910257-the-new-and-improved-asking-questions-about-your-intake0 -
Oh I am beyond ready to commit. I've been committed to things I THOUGHT I was doing right. I don't go to a gym, so I don't have a trainer. I'm misguided by all of these websites about what my TDEE is, my BMR.. what macros I should be eating.. I know they are all guestimations, but I feel like I've tried almost everything I can think of. I'm learning all of this on my own. So, I do need help with this!0
