Sorry, I don't understand your question.

Are you trying to figure out your macros for the last few pounds?

    My question didn't show up!

I asked if standard keto macros will allow women to attain less a bodyfat under 20%. I have seen it suggested that keto is great for reaching a normal weight but you have to lower your fat if you wish to reach a "lean" weight. The ideas is standard keto has to much fat to encourage your body to dip into fat stores as you have less body fat.
I am new to keto and have no clue. I was curious what was encouraged here.

Well, to get down to the last few pounds, you would have to take a macro cut, regardless of whether or not you are doing keto.

Try this calculator and see what macros you get. The bigger deficit, the less fat you would be consuming.

You can also look into keto gains, which might be helpful.

Easily. My ex-wife did it when training and cutting for a powerlifting meet a few years back. Granted, her protein intake was higher than most people running keto will require, but she was also deadlifting and squatting 5-8 sessions per week.

Hey, thanks for the link. I checked it out.
It looks like I just need to stick to my deficit.

    Thanks for the input, Gallowmere!
