    Okay, my friends...we have to nip this in the bud, NOW! I'm back to 139.8 but that's still too high. Still in my bigger pants. I have a ton of clothes I cannot get into because these 9.8 pounds are sitting around my belly. :noway:

    I like Paula's new way of thinking. We have total control over what we put in our mouth. Let's use our common sense. We have done it before. We will do it again. :flowerforyou:

    Funniest conversation with my husband today. He doesn't want me to lose weight. Says stick at 160. I'll compromise with when my clothes fit again.

    Did lose some weight this week which was a pleasant surprise. Went from 129.4 to 128.2

    This is strange...I'm in a walking challenge where I post my steps each day...or when I get around to it...well, today when I hit POST REPLY there was a message at the left bottom of the screen that popped up and said: "Your comment will be posted when it is approved." My post did not appear. I did that on two different walking challenges...same msg on both. Have any of you seen that or know what it's about? That has never happened before.

    I've never heard of it, Chris, odd. Have you checked to see if you're still listed as a member? That's all I can think of... that maybe you got un-membered and you need permission to participate.

    Paula, they aren't Group Challenges. They are the challenges anyone can participate in. This morning my numbers are posted right where they should be...even the ones I put in twice because I didn't know what happened at first...I'll see if it does it again today. Strange.

    Anyway...139.2 this morning. As long as the number is headed downward, I'm happy.

    Oh my gosh! I miss reading and adding to this. It always kept me grounded. With how spotty my internet is I have not been on like I need to.

    I read what you all wrote. And can relate a little to each. I have been so bad the last few days. I know it is because I have not been on here. Tomorrow is a new day.

    170.5 - my new bounce is 160's to 170's. Am very on track with good foods though and exercising good control so feeling hopeful and looking for it to start going down.

    Shelley - miss you when your internet is spotty. :sad:

    I'm BACK! Wohoo, got on in under a minute! Happy dance. Glad to hear you are both back on track. I did so much better today also. I am addicted to sugar again. Working on it. Today I only had a small tapioca pudding cup. No chocolate! Much better.

    196.0 down 1 pound...somehow. Trying to get the cravings under control. It's sugar this time. It's usually salt...nuts, chips, crackers etc. who knows. Tennis tonight and an upper body workout on my lunch break.

    Chris - happy you're back on track.

    Paula - sounds like you have it under control. The loss will come now.

    DDD and I finished up in her classroom today. We worked really hard! Probably could be classified as a strength workout with all the moving, carting, lifting, complaining...

    Tomorrow is my rest day, but ya never know! I haven't been on the bike all week so maybe...

    137.6 this morning at 8:00 a.m. I'm getting happy! :D All my other weights this week have been at 5:00 a.m. when we get up to do our walking. I love our day off!! The last time I was 137.6 was the beginning of June.

    Tomorrow will be different, I know. Tomorrow I will be back on the bike and getting some DVD workout done. That is unless we have a baby come.

    Did kettleballs this morning. Am still on track with my eating! DH logged in again on MFP to help him keep on track, but he hasn't been logging after that one time. Tried to encourage him, but he's got to want to to it.

    Forgot my mantras. Found really yummy gyozas and dumplings at Trader Joe's - it helps not to have really yummy around. 170 this am. Over-ate today.

    Stressful week. Tomorrow DH promised I can have off. (And I keep reminding him he promised each time he comes up with another thing for me to do: 3 x's so far 2nite... :grumble: )

    I was 138.4 at 5:00 this morning. I'm good with that. The three hours of MORE sleep yesterday put me at 137.6 but I think I may reach that by Thursday...maybe?? Then Friday will be a real surprise...maybe. I seem to be getting rid of .2 a day. Hope it keeps up. Must stick with what I'm doing.

    I thought I was good yesterday. But those nasty scales said 147.6!!!!!!!! I am tossing the lying thing outside!

    196.2 up slightly but could be worse. Trying to get the night eating under control. Paula I'll take .2 daily...that's 73 pounds in a year. Ron and I went to dinner and the movies last night...good times...saw Suicide Squad. I gave it a C+ Ron gave it a C-. It was entertains not much of a storyline.

    I'm going to the grocery store with planned meals and a grocery list tomorrow. I need a good week.
