Starting back keto - advice needed

Hi

I am starting back keto and normally I don't use mfp to log all my numbers but I am keen to start doing this.

What calorie count should I aim for? Above bmr?

I have 100lbs to lose

    I've lost 50 so far and still have 60-70 to go. I played around with my calories and percentages before settling where I'm losing well. I eat around 1600 calories a day at 5% carbs, 70% fat, and 25% protein - it's working well for me at those levels.
