    Weekly Goals for Aug 15th-Aug 21st
    1. Water - 144 oz. 0/7 smiley-drinking-water.gif
    2. Sleep Schedule Getting to bed earlier, last night was 12am -1am. - definitely better than it's been recently. t2220.gif
    3. Getting my meals in and logging them. Not perfection, more focused.
    4. Daily Goal <3 Loving myself enough to be kind and forgiving as I endeavor to create healthier habits.

    Happy Hump Day Everyone!! Just doing a quick check in. Lost weight at Tops 2 weeks in a row. Not perfect but trying to be more consistent and coming here is helping. Thanks Everyone! <3o:) Keep up the good work! Together we can do this!

    Surgery early a.m Monday..trying to get ready for that.. nervous with so much to do before hand. It'll be here and done before I know it. It's out patient so...

    Molly- congrats on your loss 2 weeks in a row. You are really being consistent with your goals. keep it going.

    My week was good but I gained a couple of pounds...Not sure what I am doing wrong...I have tracked my food, stopped snacking at night, cut out sweets and am working out at the gym 3 days a week. I had a cheat day on Friday and had pizza for dinner and had a few mini donut at the Roots and Blues Festival. Beside that I have been eating healthier and staying at or below my calories allowed. An example of my meals

    Breakfast

    Banana or some kind of fruit and coffee

    Lunch

    Deli meat - from local butcher so real meat or left overs.
    Cheese
    Yogurt and/or Fruit
    or
    Healthy Choice Steamer
    Fruit and/ or Yogurt

    Twice this week I had a Tim Horton Chicken Wrap but that shouldn't make any difference as I counted it.

    Dinner

    4 to 6 oz of protein, large salad or fresh vegetables and if we have a carb is would be a small potato or about 1/4 rice.

    Now when I do snack during the day it has been homemade dried plums or fresh fruit. Also have to admit I have had a couple of Ciders this weekend but still counted them as calories. Not sure what else to do to get this weight off. I'm not too frustrated yet but hope to start seeing some changes soon or it could really get discouraging not seeing results when I really am trying.

    Hi Lost it- don't get discouraged. lots of reasons for the gain. it might be sodium so you may want to watch the processed foods and drink more water. sounds like you have been doing good with your choices. patience. try for a little while longer before giving up or changing your plan.

    Molly-looks like your hard work is paying off. keep working on your goals.

    Hearts- I know you had your outpatient surgery today so hope all is well. thinking of you. take care.

    @Lost_it - I agree with comments from Forestrose. Our bodies want to hang on to those pounds and if you stay your course you will show a lose soon.

    @Hearts - keeping you in my thoughts today. Must have missed info on todays events.

    Happy Monday! Last week was not perfect but I still lost 2.2 pounds, so it means I am doing something right and I will take it! ;) I have a convention Fri to Sun of this week, so planning to eat plenty of protein and veggies to stay on track. Have a great week!!

    Surgery went super, no complications or anything, it was only an hour procedure an hour or so in recovery and then back home.

    Most of the time I'm resting and trying to get a bit of walking in. They want me to start out lightly. Got a bit of pain but not bad at all. Looking forward to the sleepy drugs wearing off so my thinking will be more clear and my walking is more stable. Right now I'll be standing and I nearly fall over, it's a bit odd feeling. ;)

    Here's to a brand new week for me, late but looks like you all have started it out in a positive manner! Cheers <3

    Wow, nearly September... hard to believe. I have a follow up with the Doc and I'll be cleared for several things including water.

    Check-in Mon, Tues, Weds pm
    1. water, drinking as much as I can
    2. Short naps so I can to get extra rest and lil walks in between naps to heal more quickly. Nighttime sleep has been pretty good.
    3. up and down on foods... sometimes no appetite, sometimes carbs
    Doing well with this goal.. ♥

    Enjoy the rest of the week Ladies! The weeks seems to be flying by.

    Hi Everyone. I started the discussion for next week because it has been confusing to go between two posts. but it is great to see more interaction and goal setting. So I hope it is all right that I started for next week and we can all move ahead with our goals and supporting each other. Let's finish the week strong and have a great new week next week.
