This last week was awful! Restarting Insanity yet again, I'm going to give all of it, everything I have. (Eating, exercise, etc.) I can do this!

I just logged into the spreadsheet was doing well til this week gained 3 lbs. Need to get my fanny in gear.0

Ok had to fix my log weight it seems to be a solid 4 lbs gained this week. well It's definitely got my rear in gear now.0

I know it's not much but this is like the last 10 lbs... I am hoping that being retired now and so far getting lots of walking in, the scale will move in the right direction for me. I have also taken my measurements on August 1st and will take them again at the end of the month. And probably because I bought a couple pairs of new jeans - I will probably lose some inches!! Isn't that Murphy's Law!!1 -
